Idaho DeMolay is proud to launch the Varsity Club Program, an initiative designed to motivate, engage, and recognize the dedication of both our active members and advisors. This is your chance to “letter” in DeMolay—just like a varsity athlete—by completing key activities that strengthen leadership, involvement, and membership.
First Trimester Begins: April 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025
How It Works:
The Varsity Club runs on a 120-day clock, resetting every calendar quarter. To earn your letter, you must complete at least one task in each of the five key areas before the trimester ends—no carryovers!
Active Members Must Complete:
- Leadership: Mentor a new member or teach a chapter-wide skill
- Involvement: Attend 5 meetings + 2 chapter events & Convention 2025
- Planning: Lead & plan a new event or a new-to-you event
- Needs Fulfillment: Bring in one new member + recruit a new advisor
- Knowledge: Complete the LCC, earn the RD, or master a new ritual part
Advisors Must Complete:
- Recruit a brand-new advisor (no retreads!)
- Work with members to create & execute a brand-new event
- Attend regular monthly advisory council meetings
Reporting:
- Submissions must be sent to the Executive Officer within 10 days of each trimester’s end.
Awards & Recognition:
- Complete one trimester: Earn a Varsity Club Certificate & “D” Letter
- Complete all 10 tasks in one trimester: Receive an exclusive Idaho DeMolay Varsity Club hoodie
- Help Idaho gain 50 new members by Dec. 31, 2025: All 2025 “Lettermen” receive an Idaho DeMolay Varsity Jacket!
- This program is about ownership, enthusiasm, and brotherhood. Will you rise to the challenge and letter in DeMolay?
